Web 2.0

We believe bringing the web 2.0 experience in organizations, even small ones, can contribute to performance by many ways. First, it provides flexibility and responsiveness. Then, it can help teams to share strategic goals, a performance driven culture as well as a common commitment. Many initiatives fail because of a lack of true communication. That’s why we should keep in mind how the web 2.0 spirit can be healthy and helpful.  But what does web 2.0 mean for us?

Four key items should be mentioned:

- content based communication;

- evaluation/selection;

- social networking;

- collaboration and collective creation

The solutions that bring some of these items in a corporate environment are not expensive. Nevertheless, they call for a shift in culture to be effective. Connecting a few key enthusiast people is often, indeed, the solution.
